Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
30-Day Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Return Process
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. High-value items such as solar panels, batteries, and EV chargers should be shipped using a professional service, and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Inspection and Fees
Once we receive your return, a thorough inspection will be conducted. If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged, it may affect your eligibility for a full refund.
Refunds
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they fail to meet consumer guarantees.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@solarsuperstore.com.au.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the goods are faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
