Every order gets a confirmation with a link to its status, and tracking details by email the moment it's dispatched.

Self-service tracking isn't live on this site yet. Until it is, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us — we'll look it up and tell you where it is the same day.

Your order confirmation

When you place an order we email a confirmation containing your order number and a link to the order page, which shows the items, the delivery address, the freight charged and your tax invoice. That link keeps working — bookmark it.

Once it ships

We email carrier tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Most panels, batteries and inverters travel as palletised freight, which is tracked by consignment note rather than a parcel barcode, and updates less often than a parcel would — a quiet day or two in transit is normal, not a lost shipment.
