Trade prices, online. Approved trade accounts see trade prices on product pages and in the cart whenever they're signed in. Apply for a trade account — you'll need your ABN and your electrical contractor licence.

Who it's for

Licensed electrical contractors and installers buying for their jobs. You apply with a signed-in account; we check your ABN with the Australian Business Register and your licence on your state's register before a person approves it.

What you'll need

your business name and ABN;
your electrical contractor licence number, state and expiry date;
a photo or PDF of the licence card;
your SAA (CEC) accreditation number, if you have one.

One thing worth knowing about your rights

Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to goods costing under $100,000 whether you buy as a consumer or as a business. The only exception is goods acquired for re-supply. We won't assume an order is a re-supply purchase in order to decline a claim — if it's unclear, ask and we'll tell you plainly. See returns and warranty, section 6.

Delivery direct to site

We ship direct to site as readily as to a yard. Palletised freight is a kerbside tail-lift delivery and someone needs to receive it — worth confirming access before we book, on jobs where that's tight.
